Phil manages his business with integrity and sincerity. He makes sure he understands before he quotes, quotes what is necessary but not what is better for him than his client. He comes when he says he will, or he notifies you if there is a reason for delay. In the "service industry" today too many companies view the customer as a necessary evil for obtaining a living. Phil makes it clear his customers ARE THE REASON he is making a living and strives for repeat business, which I can only selfishly hope will not include such a large customer base, that his attention to his established customer list suffers. He did a great job with front walks & back patio in 2014, and look forward to some spring projects with Garden of Eden in 2015...!"
