AVAILABLE POSITIONS

($15 - $23/ hr.)

  • Seasonal (High School / College Students)

  • Part-time (Semi-Retired / 2nd Jobbers) 

  • Landscape Apprentice Crew Members (Beginner & Experienced)

  • Landscape Crew Leaders (1+ years of experience required in the green industry)

Employment Benefits

  • Up to 4 weeks paid vacation time

  • $500 - $4000 performance bonuses

  • No weekends & minimum overtime required

  • Up to $1000 retirement contributions per year*

  • Season long employment for Apprentices & Crew Leaders*

*Benefits only applicable to full-time employees, not seasonal or part-time employees

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable

  • Be able to work in high heat, wet or cold weather 

  • Must be friendly and enjoyable to be around

  • Good physical stamina (over 20K worth of steps per day, able to lift over 50lbs repeatedly in a shift, push heavy wheelbarrows, unload trailer loads of mulch per day, etc)

  • Problem solver

  • A reliable motor vehicle for transportation to and from work

  • Able to pass a drug test (medical card excluded)
